My name is Doug Greenwald and welcome to my blog all about social media. I currently own a social media marketing firm in North Scottsdale called PTS Social Media. Here we specialize in helping small to medium businesses leverage their brand through a wide variety of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Youtube, as well as, many others. What brought us together was a fundamental belief that social media is a cornerstone of marketing and brand building. Millions of dollars are spent on marketing, but just pennies are spent really communicating.
